2N 916114 Access Unit M – RFID Multifrequency, NFC is a two-in-one Contactless RFID and NFC-ready Access Control Unitwhich allows for access to electronically secured doors using an RFID card / keyfob or NFC-enabled smart phone as the user ID device. 2N Access Unit M 916114 with Multifrequency RFID can read most cards at a frequency of 125Khz /13.56 MHz. It is suitable for companies which prefer traditional RFID technology. The reader supports NFC technology, so employees who don’t want to wear a card can use their mobile phone to gain access. Administer a unit remotely via the secure web interface or in the 2N® Access Commander software.
This mullion-style access control reader is designed with a narrow profile to allow for convenient mounting in limited-space positions such as door frames.
